SHIPPING, PICKUP, AND DELIVERY POLICY

The Ship Time is an estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse. Item will leave our warehouse within 24/48 hours after you place your order. belleStoreInc works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, personalized, custom-configured, and more popular items may have longer Ship Times.

 

Occasionally, we will confirm ship and delivery times, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times.

 

Items ship as they become available. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the Checkout page determines when shipped items will deliver to your shipping address. Kindly note for all items in stock; Any order that is not placed before 10AM will not be shipped until the next day and orders that are not placed before 10AM on Friday will not be shipped until Monday.

Note that some items require longer ship times (Usually customized Macs and Laser Engraved iPod/iPads and Selected Accessories). Contact Us to be certain of the ship times of your item(s) as there may be different ship times for your items if they are all not available at a time..

If your order totals more than N950,000, you’ll receive Free Shipping in Nigeria. The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Please note that applicable shipping fees apply to Print Products also.

You can select the belleStoreInc retail store to pick up most items purchased on the belleStoreInc Online Store.

 

Once you’re ready to purchase, select the belleStoreInc retail store pickup on the Checkout page. To pick up your items, you will need to bring the Credit/Debit card used for payment, or the order number and a valid photo ID or passport. If you have designated a pickup contact, their information must be included in the “order note” and they will need to bring the order number and a valid photo ID or passport.
