Thank You for shopping at the belleStoreInc Online Store; as with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the belleStoreInc Online Store. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at the belleStoreInc Online Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with the belleStoreInc Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Shipping, Delivery and Handling
Please review the Shipping, Delivery & Pickup Policy page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from the belleStoreInc Online Store. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond belleStoreInc control once it leaves our facilities, belleStoreInc cannot be held liable for late deliveries.
In-Store Pickup and Returns
belleStoreInc offers In-Store pickup for many of the items available on the belleStoreInc Online Store. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID or Passport and order number will be required for pickup. belleStoreInc will notify you when your order is ready (Usually between 1-3 days) and the date by which you need to pick up your items.
Returns
belleStoreInc believes everyone deserves to own products with technologies this advanced, we fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the belleStoreInc Online store but In an unlikely event that you decide to return, kindly review the following terms related to returning a product. For all undamaged and unopened products simply return it with the original receipt and original packaging within 3 days of the date you receive the product. If the item is returned within this timeframe, we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. For returns to any belleStoreInc retail store for cash, cash equivalent, bank transfer, and cheque transactions over N250,000, belleStoreInc will mail a refund cheque to you within 10 business days (excluding holidays). bellePlan is non-refundable. Visit the bellePlan Terms and Condition page for more information. Kindly return defected products within the timeframe of 3 days from the original date of purchase. belleStoreInc will not refund or exchange any wrongly configured “Customized Mac” ordered due to a customer’s mistake. Be certain of the configuration provided in your “Note” box on the Checkout page before placing the order as belleStoreInc is not liable for a customer’s mistake. belleStoreInc will not refund or exchange any iPod/iPad with wrong spelling of personal message (Free Laser Engraving). Kindly ensure you check your spelling properly before checking out as belleStoreInc is not liable for a customer’s mistake. Ensure to call or emailour Support Department for cancellation of “Mac Customization” or ” Free Laser Engraving” orders within 24 hours of placing the order. If a customer do not contact us for the cancelation of such order within this timeframe then belleStoreInc is not liable to refund or exchange such products. belleStoreInc is not liable to repair or issue any form of refund or exchange for any product that is not returned within the timeframe of 3 days after the purchase date.
Pickup Contact
If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID, Passport and order number for pickup. belleStoreInc is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.
Exchange (Damaged Items Only)
If you purchased your item from belleStoreInc, you can take it to any belleStoreInc retail store for an exchange. Item exchanges are, of course, subject to in-store product availability.
Pricing & Price Reductions/Corrections
With regards to pricing, belleStoreInc reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the belleStoreInc Online and retail store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. For additional information about pricing, payment and sales tax contact our Support team.
Should belleStoreInc reduce its price on any product within 3 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to visit any belleStoreInc Retail Store or contact the belleStoreInc Support at 08098888688 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact belleStoreInc within 3 calendar days of the price change. Price protection is only available for 1 unit of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.
“Order Acceptance/Confirmation for Online and Call Center Purchase” Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email for your order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify belleStoreInc acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The belleStoreInc Online Store reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If belleStoreInc cancels an order after you have already been billed, belleStoreInc will refund the billed amount.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some products, belleStoreInc may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. belleStoreInc reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when belleStoreInc confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, belleStoreInc will give you a new delivery date or cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full within 10 business days (excluding holidays) for physical products above N500,000 and 48 hours for undelivered Gift Cards.
Refunds
Understand how we process refunds
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your “Cancel Request”. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been “Completed” or is processing or we are preparing to ship the order out for delivery. For refunds for cash, cash equivalent, cheque transactions, and direct bank transfer over N250,000, belleStoreInc will process your refund to you within 10 business days (excluding holidays). If you paid by Credit/Debit Card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item (excluding holidays). Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted into your account. If you paid with a cheque or other cash equivalent, you will be refunded in the form of a cheque from belleStoreInc, which will be mailed to your billing address. Please allow about 5 days (excluding holidays) to receive your cheque from the time we receive your return. If you paid via Direct Bank Transfer, you will be refunded with the original payment method by belleStoreInc, which will be transferred to the preferred Bank Account Number provided only by the verified customer (Account Information provided must be provided only via the customers registered e-mail address with belleStoreInc). Kindly allow 5 business days (excluding holidays) to receive your Online Bank Transfer from belleStoreInc from the time we receive your return, cancellation request of order preparing to ship out, “Completed” or “Processed” order. Plans (bellePlan) are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Visit the bellePlan Terms and Condition page for more information about the bellePlan. Undelivered Gift Card orders that is processing can not be cancelled. Cancelled Gift Card orders will be refunded within 24 – 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Gift Cards are non-refundable once we email the code or ship out the physical Gift Card voucher.
